Jaguar fans will be glad to hear that the “Stealth Pack” for its electric I-Pace is now being offered and for as little as RM12,000. According to Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia, the optional styling kit “enhances the EV with more distinctive design and dynamic appearance.” Both new and existing owners can purchase it.
A quick look at the I-Pace’s front end reveals a grille that appears “blocked” thanks to the Stealth Pack, an option that includes an Atlas Grey plastic trim piece. This is a significant departure from the standard car’s ornamented Jaguar grille and may even be described as “more EV looking.” In addition, the standard Jaguar logo—which features a red border around the cat—has been replaced with a black and silver version.
In contrast to the body colour, the side mirrors are black, and the rear diffuser, door/bumper mouldings, and other parts are finished in gloss black.
The I-Pace, which debuted in March this year, comes in two variants in Malaysia: the Black LE costing RM460,800, and the HSE priced from RM498,800. AWD dual-motor powertrains producing 400 ps and 696 Nm of torque enable both vehicles to sprint to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, while 470 km (WLTP) of range is provided thanks to the 90 kWh battery. An 11 kW AC charge takes 8.6 hours, while a 15-minute DC fast charge at 100 kW provides 125 km of range.
The air suspension and the upscale Windsor leather front seats are highlights of the cabin and can be adjusted a 14-ways with both heating and cooling functions. A Meridian 3D surround sound system provides one of the best in-car audios in the segment.

Even though the I-Pace only arrived in Malaysia earlier this year, it was one of the first electric SUVs to break out onto the global market way back in 2018, and with 400km of range, an amount that some modern-day EVs can only dream of. It was so well-received that it won the European Car of the Year and the World Car of the Year awards in the same year. And we still think it’s one of the best electric SUVs on the market today.
