BYD Partners with Mannai Corporation to Introduce Electric Vehicles in Qatar and Raízen in Brazil

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD continues global expansion of sustainable transportation solutions through strategic new partnerships.

BYD has collaborated with Mannai Corporation, a diversified Qatar-based business conglomerate, to bring electric vehicles (EVs) to Qatar. This supports Qatar’s 2030 vision of increased sustainability through green technologies.

Additionally, BYD has teamed up with Brazilian company Raízen Power to construct EV charging facilities across eight major cities in Brazil. This joint venture signals a major step towards greener transportation in Brazil.

The Mannai partnership aims to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in Qatar through BYD’s innovative technologies and Mannai’s local market expertise. It aligns with sustainability goals laid out in Qatar National Vision 2030.

Meanwhile, the Raízen plans to build electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Brazil will establish a foundation to support a transition to electric mobility across the country.

With a global reach now extending to both the Middle East and South America, BYD continues strategically teaming up with regional partners as a catalyst to usher in greener transportation worldwide. It’s amazing to see how this company has gone from strength to strength in a few short years.
