Tesla’s Upcoming Model 3 Performance Spotted in Spain Ahead of Launch

An exciting new high-performance version of the Tesla Model 3 has been spotted while filming in Valencia, Spain.

The test vehicle was photographed with “Plaid” badging on the rear, indicating this is likely a new top-tier performance trim for Tesla’s popular Model 3 sedan. While not yet confirmed by Tesla, reports suggest this new Model 3 Performance could feature upgrades like:

  • Sport bucket seats for better lateral support
  • Lower, sportier suspension tuning
  • Larger alloy wheels with performance tires
  • Upgraded brakes for improved stopping power
  • Sleek rear trunk lip spoiler for improved aerodynamics

CARLIST THOUGHTS

With the “Plaid” badging, this new Model 3 variant seems poised to outperform the older Performance version, offering drivers even quicker acceleration and higher top speeds.

We believe deliveries of the new Model 3 Performance could begin within weeks, first rolling out of Gigafactory Shanghai before expanding to Gigafactory Texas in 3-6 months.

Stay tuned for more details as Tesla continues testing this exciting new addition to the Model 3 lineup. The brand’s “Insane Mode” keeps getting crazier!
