Hyundai has announced pricing and new details for the 2024 Santa Fe SUV, now with standard three-row seating and a starting MSRP of $33,950. The all-new Santa Fe features a bold, rugged design with increased dimensions for more interior room and cargo space.

Powered by a standard 2.5L turbocharged engine making 277 horsepower or an available 178 HP 1.6L turbo hybrid powertrain, the 2024 Santa Fe offers the latest tech features like wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, OTA updates, an available 12.3” digital cluster, and more. New for 2024 is an XRT trim with 30” all-terrain tires, increased ground clearance, and a 4,500 lb tow rating.

Other key highlights for the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe include:

  • Standard 8-speed dual-clutch transmission on 2.5L turbo models, 6-speed auto on hybrids
  • Available in FWD or HTRAC AWD on most trims
  • Unique center console allows access from front and rear seats
  • Wireless phone charging, UV-C sanitizing compartment, digital rearview mirror available
  • Starting MSRP of $33,950 makes it an affordable 3-row SUV option

Our Thoughts

With enhanced interior room for passengers and cargo compared to its predecessor, the redesigned Santa Fe aims to fulfill families’ needs for maximum utility. New tech and performance upgrades round out a practical daily driver, though buyers should not expect serious off-road prowess. The Santa Fe expands Hyundai’s SUV roster to cover a wide range of budgets and lifestyles best suited for suburban and light recreational use. With seating for up to seven and ample technology features, it’s a spacious, affordable option tailored towards families who spend more time shuttling kids than cresting trails.
