Stellantis Says Peugeot Cars To Get 5 Years Of Free Service In Malaysia

A new promotion from Stellantis Malaysia will offer free service maintenance for five years on all Peugeot models bought after September 1. This promotion is for the Landtrek, 408, 2008, 3008, 5008, and pickup trucks. It is advertised as a “limited-time-only” deal, although no end date was given.

Except for the Landtrek pickup truck, every Peugeot car sold in Malaysia is automatically covered by a seven-year/200,000-kilometer guarantee. This warranty is divided into two parts: a three-year factory warranty that is standard, and a four-year Stellantis Malaysia extended warranty that provides the same comprehensive coverage as the original warranty.

“Our customers are our top priority, and we are excited to introduce this five-year free service maintenance promo as part of our efforts to further elevate and enhance the Peugeot ownership experience,” said Jamie Francis Morais, Managing Director of Stellantis Malaysia. With our continued seven-year extended full coverage guarantee and these five years of free service savings, new Peugeot owners will undoubtedly have peace of mind for a longer period of time.

All new Peugeot models bought in Malaysia are covered by a comprehensive seven-year or 200,000-kilometer warranty, or whichever comes first. This warranty gives consumers continuous coverage for the duration of the ownership period with a basic three-year factory warranty and an additional four-year extended warranty.

CARLIST THOUGHTS

With a strong model lineup, and now this special 5 years of free service, well, I have a feeling that customer traffic to Peugeot dealers will escalate significantly over the next few months.
