New Aston Martin Vanquish Debuts In Malaysia From RM5 Million

Aston Martin’s super grand tourer — the Vanquish, has just landed in Malaysian showrooms. And its starting price, before options—is RM5 million after taxes and customs.

The Vanquish’s appearance, with its long hood, distinctive vaned grille, and sleek roofline that tapers towards the back, epitomises the brand’s iconic grand tourer body shape. As with all previous Aston Martin vehicles, you may configure the car from a variety of options, but it comes standard with 21-inch forged alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.

Vanquish

Other standard exterior equipment for the Aston Martin Vanquish in Malaysia include matrix LED headlights, panoramic glass roof, LED Light Blades tailights, stainless steel exhaust system, clear privacy glass, satin chrome vaned grille.

Inside, the Vanquish combines contemporary technology with traditional luxury. For those who prefer a tactile experience, the centre console has a variety of buttons, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system offers access to a number of options. Five customisable drive modes are available to drivers including Individual, Track, Sports Plus, Sport, and Wet.

The all-new Vanquish provides the most Q customisation possibilities ever seen on one of their cars, enabling custom interior tailoring to suit individual tastes for customers who want to make their vehicle genuinely distinctive.

Standard interior equipment for the Vanquish in Malaysia includes a 10.25-inch TFT driver display, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, sports plus seat, heated 16-way adjustable driver seat, 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system, and wireless Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The Aston Martin grand tourer has a brand-new 5.2-liter V12 engine that generates 835 horsepower and an incredible 1,000 Nm of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission transfers all of that power to the back wheels, enabling the Vanquish to reach its top speed of 345 km/h and sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.

The Vanquish comes standard with a carbon ceramic brake system that uses 360 mm discs on the back and 410 mm discs on the front to harness this amazing power.

CARLIST THOUGHTS

This luxury coupe is the flagship of the Aston range and as such, offers absolutely everything that the firm has in the way of luxury, power and hi-tech. To recap, the Vanquish is priced from RM5 million after taxes and duties, and before options. Included in the price is a three-year factory warranty with the option to extend coverage for up to 20 years.
