Acura Opens Reservations for First All-Electric SUV – the 2024 ZDX and ZDX Type S

Acura has opened reservations for its first all-electric performance SUV models – the 2024 Acura ZDX and high-performance ZDX Type S. The automaker says the ZDX Type S will be the most powerful Acura SUV ever produced, with an estimated 500 horsepower.

Reservations are now open at Acura’s website and dealerships nationwide. First deliveries of the all-new electric SUVs are expected in early 2024.

The 2024 ZDX ushers in a new omnichannel purchasing process for Acura, with a streamlined digital platform for reserving, customizing and buying from home or at the dealership.

Pricing for the 2024 ZDX A-Spec is targeted to start around $60,000. The performance-tuned ZDX Type S is expected to start around $70,000.

As an incentive, Acura is offering ZDX reservation holders an “Energy Key Card” with exclusive perks like discounts and VIP access to Acura-sponsored events. Cardholders can access special programming at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and 2024 Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach.

The automaker touts the ZDX lineup as offering engaging driving dynamics, cutting-edge technology and dramatic styling in an electric package. Comprehensive charging solutions will also be included.
