Porsche is on a run in Malaysia. The Porsche World Roadshow (PWRS) is being held at the Sepang International Circuit from June 20 to June 29 with Porsche Malaysia being represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP). Led by certified international Porsche instructors, the PWRS driving experience offers guided driving on the track that covers braking, acceleration, slalom and off-road driving.
A selection of Porsche’s best sports vehicles, such as the 911 Turbo S, GT3 RS, 718 Cayman GT4 RS, Spyder RS, Carrera GTS, and Targa 4 GTS, will be available for test drives at this rare event.
The driving experience also includes Porsche’s four-door vehicles, such as the Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo, Macan GTS, the new Panamera, Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, and the new Taycan Turbo. On muddy terrain, participants will also get a taste of the Cayenne’s off-road capabilities.
The facelifted Taycan is also now on sale starting from RM575,000 for the Taycan 4S, stretching up to the Turbo Cross Turismo for RM915,000.
Starting in July 2024, Porsche dealerships will sell the updated Taycan and you will also be able to place your orders for the all-new Macan EV which is anticipated to debut later this year.
While the first-generation Macan sold as a petrol-powered vehicle, the new second-generation Macan EV will only be available as an electric vehicle. So to satisfy the needs of a wide clientele, the first-generation model will continue to be sold alongside the new EV model, thus delivering the best of both worlds.
